We Love Cats

While the name "CatSlapper" for a piece of software might seem to imply some animosity towards cats on the part of Fivesquare Software, reality couldn't be farther from the truth.

Witness Pumpkin: one of ten stray kittens we found living in our bushes two years ago. We befriended them enough to get them inside and eventually tamed them sufficiently for them to go to a no-kill shelter. All but one, that is. Pumpkin was not going anywhere. She's the only one who couldn't be lured into the cage with food.

So she stayed, and is having a ball romping around her old hood, eating lots of food and sleeping as much as possible. Oh, and she even likes the dog—whom she outsizes three-to-one.
